Distribution of modified copies will be limited to personal or in-house business uses. You will not be permitted to redistribute the template, as provided, or in a modified version, to the general marketplace. Developers and consultants will be allowed to resell modified versions of the software to their customers or clients provided the nature of the relationship is a consultant to client relationship and not one where the developer/consultant does not interact with the customer on a regular basis.
